I'm Krista Janke, a movement + mindfulness educator, forever student and authenticity advocate.
After working for nearly a decade in corporate offices (feeling like a human-DOING rather than a human-BEING), I was awakened. I took the plunge into my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and the quest of how to live my best, authentic life began.
I am passionate about the physical benefits of yoga, as well as sharing the importance of connecting energetic movement with mindful breathing in a playful, creative and practical way that will offset the day-to-day hustle and bustle that is life.
Through my personal movement and meditation rituals, I am committed to exploring the nitty-gritties of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Pre/Post-Natal modalities and deepening the practice that makes up my “yoga” both on and off the mat.
